The integration between Network and Vault CRM is now generally available.

Highlights

  • Data is synchronized between Network and Vault CRM using the Network Bridge.

  • Sales reps can effortlessly search and download records from both Network & OpenData.

  • Updates to records are instantaneously transmitted to Vault CRM the moment a change request is processed in Network ensuring data remains current and accurate.

  • Vault CRM Bridge - Configure the Network Bridge to synchronize data to Vault CRM.

  • Vault CRM DCRs - Data change requests are processed in real-time.

  • Vault CRM license DCRs - DCRs to add or update license data are mapped between Vault CRM's license fields and Network's license object.
