Inbox
The Network inbox enables data stewards and data managers to view and process data change requests and suspect match tasks. Administrators can access the inbox to view and action job tasks; job warnings and failed job notifications. The inbox can be customized so you can quickly access your tasks.
Inbox tasks
The following tasks or notifications are available in the inbox:
- Data change requests - Data Stewards, Data Managers, and System and Data Admin users can view and process add requests and change requests.
- Suspect match tasks - Data Stewards, Data Managers, and System and Data Admin users can view and process DCRs.
- Job notifications - Administrators and System and Data Admin users can view notifications for failed jobs and job warnings from source and target subscriptions.
Enabling this feature
The inbox is available by default.
The tasks that you can access depend on the inbox task groups assigned to your user profile by an administrator.
