Target subscriptions

Use target subscriptions to extract and export data so that you can update downstream systems. Data change requests can also be exported so that they can be managed by third party systems.

Target subscriptions support Veeva standard objects and custom objects.

Using target subscriptions:

• Administrators control the data that is exported. No records are exported unless they are specifically selected using filters.
• Full and delta extracts are available to export.
• Exports can be scheduled to run periodically, or can be run manually.
• Data can be exported directly to your private cloud storage.
• Reference data can be included to help downstream systems manage reference fields and source mappings.
• Exports can include data for multiple source systems.
• Target subscription files are removed from the FTP server after three months.
• A .csv file of Network entity IDs (VIDs) can be included for a one-time export to downstream systems.

Enabling this feature

Target subscriptions are enabled by default.
