Version Update
The Network API is updated to v39.0.
The Network API version is updated in this release to support the Master data disclaimer feature.
As with all version updates, Integration Users should continue to use v38.0 until there is a change for v39.0 that they want to apply.

Restrict access to authorized systems
The Change Request Search and Retrieve APIs now enforce the system access restrictions in your user profile, automatically limiting results to DCRs from your authorized systems. Previously, the Change Request API returned all DCRs.
This enhancement is enabled by default in your Network MDM instance.
Access to systems
Administrators can define the systems that users have API access to in each user profile.

In the Additional Permissions section, choose Selected Systems Only for the API Access setting.

In the field, add the systems.
When an API request is made to search or retrieve third-party master DCRs, the DCRs will be filtered by the list of authorized systems in the user's profile. If the user's permission is set to All Systems, the API will continue to return all DCRs.
