25R3.0 Maintenance Releases

The items listed below were added in the 25R3.0 release cycle and contain maintenance items from the 25R3.0 release and future releases as they become available. These items consist of corrections and enhancements to existing functionality.

Embed Hierarchy Explorer in Vault CRM

The Hierarchy Explorer widget can be seamlessly integrated into Vault CRM Online so users can explore HCO hierarchies without leaving Vault CRM.

To support this integration, Hierarchy Explorer widget configurations now contain an Embed in Vault CRM button. Click the button to display the settings that will be used in Vault CRM to connect to the widget.

The Embed in Vault CRM button is available by default on new and existing Hierarchy Explorer widget configurations.

Vault CRM Support

This integration is supported in Vault CRM 25R3.2 (January 2026).

Enable the integration

To display Hierarchy Explorer in Vault CRM, administrators must first complete the required tasks in both applications.

Issues fixed in this release

This patch fixes the following issues for existing functionality.

Category Description
Data Deduplication These data maintenance jobs hang if they contain a very high volume of records.
Vault CRM Bridge Validation In some situations, running a validation job multiple times identifies different results for reference mapping issues.
Attachments on DCRs HEIC files cannot be added to a data change request in some cases.
Match configuration Errors occur if a custom object name exceeds 32 characters.

Match configurations now support custom object names of up to 50 characters.
