Category	Description
Workflow	In some situations, the date or date/time field value cannot be set to null/blank by a Data Steward in a DCR.
Record Profiles	Primary affiliations are set on parent HCOs with incomplete relationships (for example, a parent HCO that points to an HCO that doesn't exist in your Network instance).
