Loading data into Network MDM

Data can be loaded into Network MDM to add records and update existing records.

  • Source subscriptions - Load local or third party data into your Network MDM instance for matching and merging with your existing local data or Veeva OpenData. These jobs can be scheduled to run on a regular basis. Veeva standard objects and custom objects are supported.

  • Veeva OpenData subscriptions - Load HCP and HCO global data into your Network MDM instance. This data is mastered by Veeva OpenData. Subscriptions can be enabled by country and the jobs can be scheduled.

  • Data updater - Load single files of local data into your Network MDM instance to make quick updates to existing records. These are ad hoc update jobs in the Network MDM UI that cannot be scheduled.

  • Data Update API - Perform efficient, small-batch record changes without requiring a full source subscription. Using this Network MDM API, you can define a specific source for each update. This ensures that changes are accurately reflected in the record's data lineage and that Network MDM’s source rankings are correctly applied to the data.
