The Network System Overview provides timely and valuable information on key performance indicators for the following activities:

View change request statistics

Change request statistics include key performance indicators for change request data include total change requests received, time to resolve change requests against Veeva OpenData and local data, and open and outstanding change request counts.

  1. In the Admin console, click System Summary.

    By default, the Change Request KPIs page appears.

  2. In the left navigation, if the Change Request KPIs page is not already displayed, click Change Request KPIs.

    Charts for the change request data appear. Scroll through the data to view it.

  3. At the top of the Change Request KPIs page, select a date range or time period for which to display statistics.

View system usage statistics

System usage statistics include key performance indicators for system usage data include total user logins by individual user and the number of total logins by month.

  1. In the Admin console, click System Summary.

    By default, the Change Request KPIs page appears.

  2. In the left navigation, click Usage KPIs.

    Charts for the change request data appear. Scroll through the data to view it.

  3. At the top of the Usage KPIs page, select a date range or time period for which to display statistics.
