The Field Revisions button displays all active and inactive objects, sub-objects, or relationship objects on the record.
The dialog includes links for each object to investigate corresponding field revisions from contributing sources.
The Transparency Reporting preview displays any applicable US compliance data for the HCO or HCP.
The Sample Eligibility preview enables sales reps to quickly find SLN and DEA license information before visiting an HCO or HCP.
If applicable, a link to any sanctions for the record appears.
The Validate button enables data stewards and data managers to verify the record's existing data.
If data validation rules are configured, they are processed against this record and any validation errors are displayed.
The Hierarchy preview displays relationships in the HCO or HCP's hierarchy. You can click an affiliation to open its summary card, and click the name in the card to open its profile in a new browser tab.
Click the Open in Network Explorer link to view and access affiliations in the Network Explorer canvas.
The Options menu enables you to show or hide field ownership, empty fields, and whole sections.
Ownership is color-coded: Orange for Veeva-owned, gray for customer-owned (or green in China). Hiding the ownership makes all fields appear gray.
When you hover over the Associated Tasks link, a count of pending DCRs and suspect match tasks appears.
Click the link to display the Associated Tasks pop-up window, which displays a summary of each task, including a clickable task ID to open the task, the task type, description, status, and its service time.
The summary header displays the most relevant information about the HCP, HCO, or custom object.
Options at the top right enable you to validate the record and check field revisions, and show or hide information to suit your needs. Note that the location and availability of options can change depending on record ownership.
The Associated Tasks link alerts you to any pending tasks for this record.

The Find Suspect Match preview box enables data stewards and data managers to set suspect matches for the profile. After you type a provide a search term, the search results page appears, where you can choose a record to complete the suspect match task.
Note that this box appears in this record for demonstration purposes only; the Find Suspect Match preview box only appears on local records.
A summary card is displayed for each address associated with the record. Primary addresses display at the top of the list and include a badge indicating their primary status.
The DCR badge indicates that a DCR has been submitted against the address or a group of sub-objects including the address.
Other badges include icons to indicate that the address is under review, is inactive, or is affected by Network address inheritance (including its synchronization status).
The Show Map link displays each address in the record pinned to a map.
Overlay icons indicate the status of each address:
address is inactive
address was just added
address is under review
addresses in a cluster have
been added and updated
A summary card is displayed for each license associated with the record. If enabled, primary licenses display at the top of the list and include a badge indicating their primary status.
The Sample Eligibility badge indicates to sales reps that the holder of this license is eligible to receive samples.
Other badges include icons to indicate that the license is under review, has a DCR submitted against it, or is inactive.
As you scroll through the Profile page, the Summary becomes a condensed header; key entity details are always visible.
The buttons previously at the top right of the header move inside the Options menu.
The Revision History preview box helps you determine whether the profile is reliable, up-to-date, and does not have underlying data issues.
The preview box contains the four most recent changes, the record creation date, and a link to view more details.
The Data Sources preview box displays up to ten data sources that contributed to the record and provides a count for the remaining sources, if applicable.
The More Details link opens the Data Lineage page so you can review the sources in greater detail.
